Since the food at the Sunstar Hotel Brissago plays such a large part in our guests’ enjoyment, where it comes from is of the utmost importance here. Using local produce is a high priority for us. Every dish is a pearl, given unique brilliance by the use of local herbs and spices and regional ingredients.

For breakfast, we deliberately avoid buffets and instead offer an à la carte menu, to avoid food waste.
