Modern Italian cuisine made from local products and Italian ingredients, an exciting combination of flavours prepared by our head chef Fabio Bottini and his kitchen crew. The results are unique taste compositions such as marinated salmon trout with watercress mousse, red beet risotto with fresh Büscion goats’ cheese from Fattoria Faggio and zabaglione au gratin with a dried fruit brittle.
