The results are unique taste compositions such as marinated salmon trout with watercress mousse, red beet risotto with fresh Büscion goats’ cheese from Fattoria Faggio and zabaglione au gratin with a dried fruit brittle.

The Sunstar picnic basket reveals Mediterranean surprises for your mind and palate. Look forward to fine beef and fish tartare, Ticino cheese, various sandwiches, fresh burrata, Ticino cured ham and a dessert.
