Evening sun on your face, the gentle sound of waves in your ears and a Mediterranean breeze on your skin – that’s how our weekly boat cruise on Lake Maggiore feels as the day draws to a close. On board, we enhance this balmy summer evening with an apéritif and seasonal bites inspired by the current gastronomic rassegna at Caesar’s Restaurant at the Sunstar Hotel Brissago. Dive into the world of gin! There’s a gin tasting every Saturday evening at 9 pm. Enjoy five exquisite gin and tonic creations that have been carefully put together to introduce you to all the variety and sophistication of this spirit.

Beer Tasting

Experience an exclusive beer tasting every Saturday at 6 p.m., hosted by our beer sommelier Oliver Pelzmann. Try six carefully selected beers and perfectly matched food pairings – you might be surprised! A moment of pleasure for true beer connoisseurs and an ideal aperitif to start your evening. And by the way, we also have a good gluten-free beer in our range.

You’ll feel like the stars on a sensational film set – with no audience, of course. Enjoy some intimate togetherness – and it’s not just the spumante that will be sparkling. The atmosphere on the shores of Lake Maggiore in the evening is simply perfect for a romantic picnic on our private jetty.

The Chic Nic offers Mediterranean delights for both soul and palate. Look forward to beef and fish tartare, Ticino cheese, a variety of sandwiches, fresh burrata, Ticino cured ham, a dessert, and a selected sparkling wine.

Apericena in the wine cellar

Spend a sophisticated evening enjoying a Ticino grazing platter – called “apericena” – by candlelight in our rustic wine cellar, surrounded by about 300 bottles of wine!
