Very nice and comfy hotel! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good and fancy! My apartament with a breathtaking view of Maggiore Lake was big enouth but the sofa for the kids wasn’t so comfortable! My kids liked the pool!

It was our 2nd time at the Sunstar Hotel Brissago and it was as delightful as our first visit last year. It's a small hotel (30 rooms or so) and it provides a nice retreat. The best part about Sunstar Brissago is their staff - they're super welcoming, friendly, efficient and ready to go this extra mile to make guests have an unforgettable experience.

Efficient and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every moment from our arrival to departure. The front desk staff were exceptional in the way they handled covid regulations. They translated, provided direction and advice and ensured our stay was just perfect.

Take time to go to the Tourist Office on the main Street of Brissago - they have maps and good advice about what to see and do.The town is compact with lots of places eg museum, art gallery close to the hotel. Do spend time on the Isle of Brissago, easily accessed by boat - lovely drinks and ices in the out door cafe.

Very good hotel at a fantastic location with great staff. Very good breakfast with a variety choices. Fantastic dinner and good winelist. We loved the pools and spend a lot of time swimming, both outside and inside.

We had a good and secure stay with our family; big rooms, perfect location, good food and very friendly staff. The breakfast offers a huge variety and for all details are catered for. All in all, very good!

A really nice hotel, very friendly staff, good ambiance and great location. Even with the COVID restrictions, we really enjoyed our stay, the Hotel went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and felt safe.
